What Pro does not do
- No veterinary advice — Pro organizes information; it never tells you what to give your pet. Your vet does that.
- No push notifications or alarms — reminders are an on-device checklist.
- No accounts, no data collection — your pets and plans live in your browser's local storage on your device.
Frequently asked questions
How do I pay?
Secure checkout is handled by Stripe. Click a Go Pro button above and you'll be taken to a Stripe-hosted checkout page. We never see or store your card details.
What happens after I pay?
Stripe redirects you back here and Pro unlocks on the device you checked out on. (MVP note: Pro status is stored locally on your device.)
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes — cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal link in your receipt email. You keep Pro until the end of the billing period.
Is there a refund policy?
If Pro isn't useful to you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a refund — no hard feelings, no interrogation.
Do you sell my data?
No. There are no accounts and no tracking of your pets. Everything is stored locally in your own browser.
